INTURN isn’t a viewer participation television show per se. It’s a web-based reality series on Innertube, the CBS broad-band streaming video channel. The third season of this acting competition (a 13-week contract to appear on As The World Turns is what all the fuss is about) accepted video applications submitted online until 5 pm, EST, Jan. 29/08. Though the official casting website promised that “A nationwide search will be conducted to find fresh, new talent," only two open casting calls were held, so the majority of call backs went out to people who submitted a video. The online competition began in March and the finale aired June 10/08.
