The casting notice for season 1 of TOP CHEF JUNIOR was removed from the Bravo casting page September 12/08.
On June 10/08 Bravo announced it had an 8-episode cooking competition series for kids (likely ages 13 to 16) in development. The working title is TOP CHEF JUNIOR - TOP CHEF producer Magical Elves is handling this one as well. By the time the casting notice went up August 10th they had decided to up the age range 2 years 15 to 18. They were "looking for teens with a passion for food and creativity with various levels of culinary expertise. Maybe you grew up in your family's restaurant, or own your own catering company, or have taken classes or cooking camp; or maybe you just like experimenting and impressing friends and family - whatever your level, show us who you are and what you got!" The series is tenatively slated for early 2009.
